I have a problem when I view the retorcamera on the image monitor it is backwards if an obstacle is on the right I view it on the left.. is there a way to correct this problem with a setting?

Hi Owen, thanks for this very helpful video. My problem is that when I switch back to neutral, or first gear - the head unit locks up, and the screen goes black, but the reversing guide/grid lines stay on screen. It stays like this for several minutes, or until I restart the car. Can I fix this in the Settings “hidden” menu. Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Does anyone know what that option is "reversing track reversal" under "static trace" does this make the lines move when you turn steering wheel because I can't figure out how to get dynamic lines mine are just static still ones.

Hello, I have a 8.8 joying (that I love ) and just hooked up the reverse camera and I’m getting nothing. When car is put in reverse nothing happens at all. Not even a black “no signal” screen. Checked the wiring multiple times. Im losing sleep over this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine has a rather large image of a car in the left side of the reverse screen. Do you know how to get rid of that?

OMG thank you lol I just put the new 8g128 11.6 in my van nice upgrade from the old 2g32 10.1 I have in my truck. Looked everywhere for that darn driving lines lol so you're a life saver. I was starting to think about buying a different camera.

Adjusting the lines I find easy. Sadly, the adjustment is not saved and so the lines revert to the incorrect position (half way up screen) when next used. For those who have been able to get good support, perhaps you can get a solution for this? I am not the only one with the problem. thx

I'm having issues finding the switch for the A/C. Since my head unit controls my A/C air flow. I cant find the screen to change from feet to front air flow. Anyone has had similar issues?

I totally agree with you from the Joying support side. They are just Magic, they seem to have a solution for anything. Whether it be instructions or a firmware upgrade.

where a lot of units fall on their backside is when doing 'real life' of navigating with waze while streaming radio with tunein and recording front+rear cams as dashcams. my unit (different brand) can just about cope with any 3 of the 4 tasks, oddly it finds streaming with tunein harder than running waze and after running waze for 8yrs i'm looking at going back to sygic due to 3/4g blackspots in my area.

Is that password the same for all units?
